ALPHA STRONG/SANDBAG

This is not your typical workout.

Sandbag training requires you to use your grip and all muscles as the weight of

the sandbag shifts, creating a workout for a stronger core, balance and focus.
 

Sandbag training has been created for those who want a hard workout.

This is not your traditional lifting workout, this requires all body muscles to

work together lifting, pushing, holding and pulling, unlike a

standard single-movment lifting workout.

Cardio, grip and core strengthening are only a few

added benefits to sandbag training.
